I’ve been dreading this number for years… but I’ve been dreading this number for years… but now that it is here I am not sure why. I recently took a quiz that measured my ā€œbiological ageā€ and turns out my insides are really 37. If I am honest, I feel more like 25 inside (minus occasional aches and pains that I am still working on). My husband keeps reminding me it’s just a number and he’s right! It’s all about how you feel. 

I’ve been on a journey these last few years to up-level my health and reverse my biological age…YES, research shows that’s possible! Making small lifestyle changes now can reap big rewards later in life so that you can have a longer quality of life.

I want to keep climbing mountains to see these waterfalls until a ripe old age!
