Steps to Get Started
Step 1: Schedule a Free Health Strategy Session
Begin your journey to optimal wellness by booking a complimentary session with us. This is a great opportunity to discuss your health goals and see how we can assist you.
Step 2: Schedule the Foundational Assessment
After your strategy session, if we determine that we are a good fit, you can proceed to schedule the Foundational Assessment. This includes a comprehensive review of your health and personalized recommendations to support your wellness journey.
Step 3: Entry into Membership. Once you’ve completed the Foundational Assessment, we can discuss long-term care through our membership options.

These services are priced per hour at $125/hour. We are happy to discuss any combination of the topics listed below during your appointment, as time allows. A 10% discount is offered when booking 4 or more hours of services. All services are offered virtually by phone or Zoom.
- You’ve heard about reading food labels and yet are completely confused about how to start the process of transitioning your pantry over to better options for you and your family. We are here to help. One of our favorite services to offer is the Food & Fridge swap!
- This service is similar to the Food & Fridge swap except we review your personal care products and work within your budget! Everything from soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, deodorant and personal hygiene products.
- A deep dive looking at the products in your home from furniture, mattresses, flooring/carpets, laundry detergent, water purifiers, air purifiers and EMFs, etc. We have you covered!
